Wallets
A wallet to a man is like a handbag to a woman. Although much smaller, it is used to carry money, credit cards, special photos, ID cards, telephone numbers and other small items that are dear to a man's heart. Designs, size and materials vary but all mens designer wallets should be easily and discreetly carried on a man's person.
Sometimes known as billfolds in certain countries, wallets come in four main designs. The most popular are folded (bi or tri), coat wallets, card holders and money clips. Bifolds or trifolds allow notes to be stored at the back and have extra pockets at the front coinciding with the folds, to store cards and such like. As they fold they take up less space and fit neatly in a pocket.
Coat wallets are longer and can fit a cheque book and notes without being folded, although still feature additional pockets. They slide easily into suit or coat pockets but are not suitable for trouser pockets. Card holders are small and compact and hold several credit cards or ID type cards. Money clips can be any design but come with a metal or plastic clip to attach to a belt. They provide easy access in a bulk free and safe format.
Designer wallets for men are available in many different brands, including Paul Smith wallets and Hugo Boss wallets. Calvin Klein, Ben Sherman, Diesel, Fossil and Ted Baker, to name a few other brands, also have a range of wallets available. The high end wallets are generally made from good quality leather, in a range of colours, styles and materials.
