How to track your order

Once your confirmed order has been picked and packed, our web team will dispatch your order and you will receive an automated email from us which allows you to track your parcel (the email will show as Simply Boss). The email will show you the requested delivery address and an estimated time of delivery. There is also a link on the email that allows you to change the date of the delivery and a link that allows you to track your parcel.
