Collect+ is FREE and has parcel drop points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early 'til late, 7 days a week, so you can return items at a time and place that suits you.

Simply visit our returns portal where you can create a returns label for FREE. You will receive proof of postage, online tracking and compensation cover up to £50.

With the impact of Covid-19, your safety is our priority. We want to draw your attention to our contact-free return option. InPost Lockers are self-service and are available 24/7 which means that you can return your parcel at quiet times, when it suits you.

FREE returns to over 600 Asda stores!
Here’s how to return using toyou:

- Visit our returns portal, download a QR Code and print a label in store.
- Take your parcel to the Asda toyou signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient Asda location; remember to include your returns note!

Asda toyou will do the rest. Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel, which you can do here.

Royal Mail Returns


FREE - Print your own label and return the unwanted items to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. Remember to get proof of postage.

Hermes


If it’s not quite right you can return your parcel quickly and easily via Hermes. You can drop it off at one of your local 4500+ ParcelShops (usually your local convenience store or corner shop).

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO A STORE?


Yes! All orders can be returned in store, just take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to assist you.
- If you've paid using a credit/debit card, a refund/exchange will be processed at the till point.
- If you've paid using PayPal or Apple Pay, we'll send your order back to our distribution centre on your behalf so the transaction can be reversed, or your order can be exchanged and resent back out to you. Please note, although you can have your order delivered to any of the stores within our group, you can only return to the store fascia you purchased from.

I CAN'T GET TO A STORE?


Not a problem. Fill in the returns form on your despatch note and visit our returns portal to register your FREE return. If you're returning for an exchange, please ensure you state the product code and size you desire.

HOW SHOULD I SEND IT?


We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a 'Certificate of Posting' as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN?


All Returns are FREE. We have included a Free Returns Label in your parcel or you can take your return to any of our stores. Alternatively you can use our returns portal to register your return. No printer required!
Remember, you can also return your order to any of our Tessuti stores in the UK for FREE.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS


If you are returning your order from a country outside the UK and Republic of Ireland, please be aware our returns policy doesn’t cover free international returns. We recommend that when you return your item, you get proof of postage as the order is your responsibility until we receive the returned items. The level/cost of postage is your choice, however we would suggest posting recorded delivery so that your return makes it to us safely and you get your refund.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY ORDER BEFORE RETURNING?


You have 28 days to notify us if you wish to return your order, please retun your goods to us within 28 days of cancellation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?


Please allow a further week for a refund to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

We'll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)

YOU'VE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS


We're only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY


If you think the item your received is faulty get in touch with Customer Service and we'll see what we can do about it.

ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?


Certain products we sell may have a slightly different returns policy but we'll let you know about this in the product description.

Underwear can be tried on but please do so over your own underwear if you're thinking of returning. If this doesn't appear to have been done we won't accept them back.
