We recommend all items are sent recorded delivery, if you have sent your item recorded delivery you will be given a slip with a tracking number e.g. DH 1234 5678 9GB if you enter this on the Interlink website you will be able to see if the item has been delivered to us and who has signed for the item.

Yes, but please note we won’t refund the price difference if an item has been reduced since it was purchased. Our normal returns policy still applies. Your legal rights are not affected.

We try our best to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving them.

Once we have processed your return and issued a refund it can take 2-3 working days depending on your card issuer.

Once we have received your returned item your exchange will be dispatched within a couple of days.

You have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return your order for a refund, please retun your goods to us within 14 days of cancellation. You have 28 days to return your item for an exchange

The original Postage & Packaging charges paid by you are non-refundable, unless an item is deemed faulty by one of our customer service team.

If you feel you have been refunded an incorrect amount please drop us an email and we'll see what we can do.

To Store:

If you’ve paid by credit or debit card just pop down to one of our stores nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund. If you have bought an item in store, you can return for an exchange only.


Unfortunately, we can't refund orders paid by PayPal/Apple Pay/Klarna/Clearpay back in store. We will send your parcel back to our returns centre and your refund will be processed once we have received your parcel.
